Felipe is and always be one of those true friends.
I am happy to have shared this one last year with you brother. Life would not have been so easy if you wouldn't have helped me (even at Sanlitun ;-) ). Life would not have been so interesting if I hadn't looked at things from your point of view and broaden my point of view, and of course I can go on...but then this is not the end.
Best of luck with everything , I am happy that you are back with your family and friends in Brazil.

For many reasons, this is my favourite photograph of Felipe... full of life and exploding with it at every moment. :)
- So many thins I remember - waking me at 12:00 in the night to go out to Sanlitun...
- Him taking care of some of the cooking on India night because you and Sumit got ******... :P
- Doing that insane artificial roller-coaster in the hall to cheer up Stephanie who got sick when stayed with us..
- Being the only sober one when I dropped you guys off to work one morning - explaining to the driver (In bloody Chinese) why you guys were making the back of his cab a circus show! :)
- The weekend trips around Beijing...
- The fun. The fun. The fun in that crazy apartment.. :)
I think Felipe is a close friend for one simple reason - he always gives more than he should, and never expects anything in return. Many lessons learned from him.
I still remember what he said when I left... Felipe, amigo (i know that is Spanish, but you never taught me any "good" portuguese anyway :)) Best of luck - and remember that you will always have a home where I live.
